Stand for testing of SoM based on iMX6ull
Stand ATS-MX6ull is designed to organize the final inspection and testing of iMX6ull SoM on assembly line. Stand allow to check all functions of the main units of the module (processor, memory).
Technical specifications:
* Interface connectors check: Ethernet, USB, SD;
* GPIO check: visual indication with LEDs;
* CPU and memory testing: by internal OS facilities;
* Productivity: up to 60 modules per hour.
